Inclusion. The Party's Over - ESG, D&I and Reward
Friday June 5, 2026 11:30 - 13:00 CEST CARDO BRUSSELS, AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION
Speakers: Nataliya Obolskaia, Nina Lönnquist, Roel van der WeeleCategory: Day 2
As high-profile brands apparently pull back on ESG and DEI, we ask: is the link between ESG, DEI and reward finally snapping? We explore the decoupling of ESG and D&I targets from variable pay and ask – is this is spreading to the wider employee value proposition. Panellists share the reality of the current landscape, the rationale for the changes and how to manage the transition in practice.
