Clare Moncrieff is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in HR and Professional Services.

In her current role at Workhuman, Clare works closely with customers and prospects to help them understand the true power of recognition to drive people and business success.

Prior to joining Workhuman, Clare was a Senior Director at TalentNeuron, a leader in labour market intelligence. Clare helped to launch TalentNeuron’s consulting practice and advised clients on the power of labour market data to drive strategic workforce planning, real estate and employee value proposition decisions and strategic talent sourcing.

Before that, Clare was the VP, People Direction at Nokia, where she was responsible for a wide range of HR Expertise areas, including culture, change management, digitalization, inclusion & diversity, executive development, executive recruiting, succession and talent management, future of work, compensation and benefits, employment and OD for Nokia’s global workforce – and was a client of Workhuman! Clare previously worked at Gartner where she served as VP, Executive Advisor to the world’s largest and most complex organizations. In this role, Clare advised CHROs and business leaders on most aspects of HR, and has worked with clients in Europe, Asia, ANZ, Middle East, and North America. Clare began her HR career in earnest at Nortel, in Canada, where she worked in M,A+D, Exec Comp, and HRBP roles, before joining CEB (now Gartner) in the UK.

Clare holds a honsBA in Psychology from York University in Toronto, and an MSc in Human Resources from the LSE in London.

Prof. Dr. Gery Bruederlin is a proven human resources expert who has held various global HR positions during his distinguished career at UBS AG. From early 2007 to late 2009, he was Group Head of Human Resources, responsible for 80,000 employees and 2,000 subordinates.

Since fall 2013, he has been head of the Master's program in Human Resource Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, which is Switzerland's best-known and most traditional continuing education program in the field of HR. His focus is on strategic HR, talent, competence, and compensation management, as well as the HR aspects of digitalization and artificial intelligence. He also acts as a consultant on these and other topics for large and small companies and represents all areas of human resource management as an expert in the media.

His publications include among many articles the well-known “trilogy” (all three books in German):

“The best HR Strategy for your Company”, “The right HR Structure for your Company” and “The appropriate HR Skills for your Company”
