Ronél is a registered Occupational Psychologist with a strong interest in behavioural economics and has specialised in reward management for 26 years, focusing on influencing human behaviour and enhancing productivity through an effective and sustainable employee value proposition. She also serves as a non-executive director, participates on external professional boards, and is a regular guest speaker and lecturer.
