Presentation

Valence is an applied AI lab — researching and building the intelligence that will define how people work in the Human + AI era. We believe that thoughtful, responsible, augmentative AI will transform the way employees learn, work, and perform.
‍
Building the sophisticated AI systems that do so requires wrestling with hard, ambitious problems, but as we succeed, we know that it will be genuinely transformative, offering any employee the feeling of new superpowers.

We took this bet before anyone else, assembling a world-class team of AI researchers, I/O psychologists, and enterprise practitioners. Nadia was the first AI coach to market, rapidly becoming the benchmark for others to emulate.

We are just getting started, and aim for Nadia to become part of the foundational system of intelligence that enterprises and their workforces rely on for decades to come.
