In industrial and safety-critical environments, AI succeeds only when the people working alongside it engineers, technicians, operators, and leaders genuinely trust it. This trust does not happen automatically; it is shaped by leadership choices made well before deployment.

This session explores what trust in AI really means, how it can be built or lost, how to lead uncertain or skeptical teams, and why transparency matters even when systems cannot be fully explained.

InvitePeople does not use third-party cookies when you register for or participate in events. We only set necessary cookies that are essential for the platform to function properly—for example, to manage logins, orders, or language preferences. These cookies are not used for marketing or analytics purposes, and no information collected through them is shared with any third parties.
