What do temporary and permanent cookies mean?

There are different types of cookies. A permanent cookie remains on the visitor’s device for a certain period of time, while a session cookie is temporarily stored on the device’s memory while a visitor is on the website.

InvitePeople does not use third-party cookies when you register for or participate in events. We only set necessary cookies that are essential for the platform to function properly—for example, to manage logins, orders, or language preferences. These cookies are not used for marketing or analytics purposes, and no information collected through them is shared with any third parties.

The ID in the cookie name refers to the unique identifier of that policy. This ensures the user’s choice—whether accepting all cookies or only necessary ones—is remembered on future visits.
