Martin Linder is president of Unionen, Sweden´s largest trade union. on the private labour market and the largest white-collar trade union in the world. Sweden was early on one of the leading countries in digitalization. But we have also seen Sweden losing the lead and we face new challenges, especially in the field of competence.
