Flex LNG was incorporated in September 2006 and listed in 2009. The largest shareholder is Geveran Trading, a company controlled by Mr. John Fredriksen, which controls 46% of the outstanding shares in Flex LNG. The current fleet consists of 13 vessels with a total capacity of 2.3 million cbm and average age of ~1.5 years. Nine of the vessels have MEGI propulsion systems, while four have XDF propulsion.

Flex has booked approximately 96% of the remaining days in 2021, and the company continues to de-risk the coming years’ earnings by entering attractive TCs, even into 2024.

In Q2’21, Flex took delivery of its 13th LNGC, ‘Flex Vigilant’. This marks the end of the company’s newbuilding program. Combined with a healthy backlog, solid coverage against stellar counterparties, and low cash break-even levels, Flex is capable of paying out substantial dividends
