Kent recently completed the acquisition SNC-Lavalin’s Oil & Gas division which transforms the group to a top three global player. The company has global portfolio of blue chip clients and works in 26 countries across all continents. The majority owner of Kent is Blue Water Energy, a specialist energy fund based in London.
