Touchstone Exploration Inc. is a Toronto-listed international upstream oil and gas company currently active in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It is one of the largest independent onshore oil producers in Trinidad and aims to leverage its oil recovery experience.

Touchstone holds an 80% working interest in the Ortoire Block. The Company's gross 2P reserves increased 3x from 2019 to 2020 and is currently at approx. 65 mmboe. Production averaged ~1,300 bbl/day in Q1’21. Touchstone has a USD 20m term credit facility, of which USD 7.5m has been drawn.

In Trinidad, the Company holds interests in approximately 90,000 gross acres of exploration and development rights. Touchstone holds over 8,700 working interest acres of onshore producing properties that have known crude oil reserves as well as over 55,000 exploration and undeveloped working interest acres that are being evaluated.
