Jadestone Energy is an Asia Pacific-focused oil and gas development and production company listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM Market. The company was founded in 2016 and follows a strategy of acquiring mid-life producing assets and maximizing their operational efficiency. The company has producing assets in Australia and New Zealand.

Jadestone’s main producing asset is a 100% working interest in the Montara Project, located offshore Eastern Australia. The Montara Project consist of three separate fields, Montara, Skua and Swift, with a combined 2P reserves of 23.4 mmboe net to the company. The company also has a 100% working interest in the Stag field in Western Australia, and a 69% working interest in the Maari Field offshore New Zealand. In addition, the company holds several exploration and pre-production assets in Vietnam, Indonesia, and The Philippines. In 2020, Jadestone had an average production of ~11,400 bbls/d and a total of 37.1 mill bbl net 2P reserves.
