MPC Energy Solutions is an integrated independent power producer (IPP) focused on renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. The company develops, operates, and owns clean energy assets including utility-scale solar PV and wind farms, energy storage, co-generation as well as other infrastructure that help reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, supporting the transition towards net zero.

MPC Energy Solutions has had an initial focus on Latin America and has a future vision to replicating its business model in other regions like Asia-Pacific. The company was listed on the Euronext Growth in Oslo in January 2021 and is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

MPC Energy Solutions’ first projects under construction or about to be constructed include four solar PV plants in Colombia and EL Salvador as well as an energy efficiency project in Puerto Rico. When operational in 2022, these projects combined have an installed capacity of 63 MW and an annual energy generation of around 137 GWh. Long-term power purchase agreements have been signed for all the projects. In addition, the Company continues to develop its project portfolio in Colombia and Jamaica and pursues the acquisition of operational assets. It has also entered an exclusive asset development partnership with a strategic partner which brings a pipeline of project opportunities in Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, and Australia.
