Savannah Energy is an Africa-focused independent E&P company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The company was founded in 2014 and has operations Nigeria and Niger. In 2020, the company had an average production of 19,500 boepd.

Savannah’s main producing assets are the oil and gas fields Uquo and Stubb Creek, located in South East Nigeria. The company has an 80% working interest in the two fields, which held ~91 mmboe of 2P reserves as of April 2020. In addition, Savannah has 80% ownership of Accugas, a Nigerian gas processing and transportation company with a 200 MMscfpd processing facility and ~260km of pipeline infrastructure.

Since being awarded two exploration licenses in the Agadem Rift Basin (“ARB”) onshore Niger in 2014-15 Savannah has completed extensive exploration work in the area, including the discovery of five oil fields and the submission of an initial FDP. The ARB exploration acreage covers ~13,700 km2 and has 35MMstb of gross 2C resources.
