Magnora is a renewable energy development company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The company focuses on investment opportunities within renewable energy and has secured a portfolio of renewable companies developing wind and solar power. Magnora is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Magnora’s portfolio of renewable companies consists of Evolar, Helios Nordic Energy, Kustvind, Magnora Offshore Wind, Vindr Group, and a South African SPV. Magnora has a business model based on identifying and developing renewable energy projects to the point where all legal permits are obtained, before partly or entirely divest the projects. The company is currently participating in the 1.5 GW Utsira Nord offshore wind licensing round in Norway together with TechnipFMC through Magnora Offshore Wind.

Evolar is one of Magnora’s renewable companies and represents a high-tech company within the solar industry. The company has recently announced a commercial break-through on its solar plants with 25% improved efficiency. Magnora owns 40.9% of the shares and has further options to acquire up to 63.5%.
