The company offers its products under the labels Evac, HEM, Cathelco and Bvac. The Company was established in 1979 and is headquartered in Helsinki. The company was acquired by the private equity group Bridgepoint in 2017.

Evac has executed over 20,000 marine, 2,000 offshore and 2,000 building projects worldwide and it serves a large aftermarket.
