Mintra is a leading provider of on-demand digital eLearning and enterprise HCM (Human Capital Management) software for safety-critical industries worldwide. Mintra develops solutions that enable customers to develop and deploy their people, readily demonstrate compliance and improve operational efficiency. The company operates worldwide, serving over 3,600 companies and is headquartered in Bergen, Norway.

Historically, Mintra primarily served customers within the energy sector. However, the company recently expanded its presence within maritime e-learning following the acquisition of Safebridge in February. During the first half of 2021, Mintra doubled its maritime eLearning library, now covering the full scope of seafarers’ training needs. Currently, the maritime industry accounts for approximately the same amount of revenue as the energy sector and has become a key industry for the company.
