Ivaldi is an additive manufacturing company, providing on-demand 3D printing of spare parts. Ivaldi is a privately held company with Norwegian ties, headquartered in California, USA. Ivaldi helps the heavy industry shift to digital distribution and companies all over the world to gain an understanding of their supply chain and build business cases to go digital. Sending files and printing instructions digitally, enables faster delivery, cheaper and more specialized products to customers.

The company entered a partnership with Wilhelmsen back in 2017. Wilhelmsen also owns approximately 13.65% of Ivaldi, and the partnership provides an entry point for Ivaldi into the maritime industry. As part of the cooperation with Wilhelmsen, Ivaldi supplies on-demand spare parts to the vessels of six selected customers of Wilhelmsen around the world. Manufactured parts are being monitored in close collaboration with class society DNV GL.
