Cloudberry Clean Energy is a Nordic renewable energy company that owns, develops and operates small-scale hydropower plants and wind farms in Norway and Sweden. In February 2020, Cloudberry merged with Scanergy and Cloudberry Nordic Renewable & Infrastructure Fund I, creating a scalable platform with ten years of inhouse-development experience and more than ten projects divested the past decade. The company was listed on Euronext Growth Oslo in April 2020 and transferred to the main list in June 2021. The company is headquartered in Oslo, Norway and has another office in Karlstad, Sweden.

Cloudberry has two business segments: Develop and Production. Cloudberry Develop includes a sizeable development portfolio with projects in Norway and Sweden. The projects will be transferred to Cloudberry Production or divested to third parties following the commissioning period. Cloudberry Production comprises the company’s portfolio of producing assets, including hydropower plants and onshore wind farms. The company is continuously expanding its portfolio of projects through several transactions. Currently, the portfolio in operation and under construction amount to net 139 MW, with another net 80 MW in construction permits. In addition, Cloudberry has a sizeable backlog of 370 MW and pipeline of >2,500 MW including offshore wind projects in the Baltic Sea.
