Entrepreneur and founder of Xzakt Kundrelation AB. One of Scandinavia’s most successful BPO partner and today a part of Transcom Worldwide, a global customer service provider, delivering its services across 29 countries, in 33 languages, to 1.5 million customers daily, for a wide range of clients in for example the telecom, banking, retail and technology sectors.
• Co-Partner with Board representation in Transcom, Chairwomen Swedish film Institute.
• Board member of IVA , Investor and Owner of, an investment company with focus on start-ups and tech company. Recipient of the Swedish Royal Patriotic Society medal for excellence in business.
• Several years of experience from key senior General Management roles.

Pontus Braunerhjelm Talare
Forskningsledare och professor KTH och BTH. IVA-ledamot.
Entreprenörskapsforum
Pontus Braunerhjelm är professor I nationalekonomi vid KTH och BTH, samt forskningsledare på Entreprenörskapsforum. Han doktorerade vid The Graduate Institute of International Studies, Genèves universitet, 1994. Pontus forskning fokuserar på innovation, entreprenörskap, ekonomisk tillväxt och ekonomisk politik. Bland hans tidigare uppdrag märks bl a vice VD på IFN och SNS, Vd Entreprenörskapsforum, huvudsekreterare i Globaliseringsrådet, ordförande i Entreprenörskapsutredningen, vice preses IVA, diverse styrelseuppdrag, mm. Han har över 350 publikationer. Pontus har varit visiting scholar vid Stellenbosch Institute of Advanced Studies (STIAS) och Indiana University och är årligen på Oxfords Universitet sedan 2018.
