In this session external and internal leaders will share their thoughts on how the future of work and careers is changing and what it means for you. Some of the areas which will be explored include:

• The balance between progression, experience and learning
• How to make your CV irresistible to your current employer and set yourself up for the future
• What is your role vs your companies role in managing your career development 
• Some do’s and don’ts for successful career progression

The session will include a panel discussion with external experts who will share their views on these topics and who will be ready to answer your questions. We will also share the Jardines thinking on career development and will share some tips on how you can best navigate your career in your business and the Group.
