Friday June 24, 2022 11:45 - 12:45 HKT Panel discussion

Moderator: Peter Attfield
Panelists: Dr. Amelie Villeneuve, Georgina O'Brien, Simon Brown, Karnon Ton Chartisathian

A Dialogue with Chief Learning Officers of leading organisations to explore their respective journeys and how they are reimagining possibilities in the aftermath of the “WorkQuake” described by Steve Cadigan in his book of the same name. (Steve will talk about this himself on the last session of Day 5). This panel will discuss and investigate;

  • the key challenges/opportunities resulting from this period of dramatic change and share the key strategies and solutions deployed to build future skills and capabilities at scale in their organisations

  • They will also deliberate on how career mobility, accessibility and visibility of development opportunities via internal Talent Marketplaces is changing the landscape for how we work, learn and develop our career

  • And finally, what their organisations do to support employees becoming lifelong learners with strong learning agility

Leadership lessons that you’ll learn from this session:

  • Learn how different organisations define and develop future skills for their employees – and reflect on what that might mean for you

  • Learn how career mobility and development is enabled by Connect and Talent place in Jardines

  • Reflect on your own career and learning journey to date: What do you need to personally do to strengthen your learning agility (and the speed at which you learn)?
