D&I is now an ongoing business priority. Our D&I goal is to build an inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed, an enabling culture where our people can fulfil their potential. We believe inclusive leadership is key to bringing our inclusive workplace to life. 

In this session, you will hear from our panel, made up of a rich mix of people across the Group, to talk about how they lead and how they like to be led. We will also explore with our panel on what’s important to them and what does their version of success look like.
