Join us for the Final Event of the Nordic Circularity Piloting Program for Technical Building Solutions, organised at Nordbygg. This seminar marks the culmination of a 20‑month Nordic effort, where 21 Nordic building sector actors came together to pilot circular economy solutions for technical building equipment in 8 different pilots across Sweden, Finland, and Norway. The piloting companies include industry frontrunners like Vasakronan, KONE, Swegon, Skanska, Multiconsult, Demontera, Lindab, NollaE, Oras, ASSA ABLOY, Staaltro, SRV, and CapMan Real Estate. The pilots test a variety of circular business models, including reuse, refurbishment, and Product-as-a-Service (PaaS), across five different product categories: HVAC systems, electrical equipment, sanitary equipment, elevators, and access systems.

At this event, we will hear a selection of pilot showcases and highlight learnings from across the entire program: what the results mean for the future of circularity in technical installations, which next steps are needed to enable broader adoption, and what policy changes could help accelerate the transition.
