Aligning with the transition to Hitachi, PT ABB Power Grids Indonesia was incorporated on December 19th, 2019 and transitioned to the Hitachi Power Grids Business on May 1st, 2020. The transition also includes, but is not limited to, product qualifications, type registrations, homologations, relevant patents and intellectual property rights, and project references. Manufacturing and engineering site locations, production and engineering processes, supplier interfaces and delivery functions has been operating business as usual.
