Lotte Martoft is a veterinarian working as Pharmaceutical Executive at AstraZeneca she is also one of the board members in the Swedish national committee for protection of animals used in scientific purposes. She will be giving a presentation about the practical implementation of Culture of Care at AstraZeneca and how different types of veterinarians can have a role in Culture of Care. She will end the talk by discussing a critical mindset change required to fully underpin Culture of Care.
