TP Biogas collects agricultural waste and converts it into biogas for production of electricity, heat and potentially liquified biomethane (LBG). A fully circular economy that reduces greenhouse gases more than any other technology. Initial target is Poland, where feedstock access is substantial and allows for thousands of new biogas plants. TP Biogas will construct new and modern biogas plants through turn-key EPC contracts with highly experienced EPC contractors. The biogas plants will have 15-year offtake agreements, guaranteed by the Polish state. Technology is well proven, with some 20,000 plants in Europe today. TP Biogas has an experienced team of biogas experts having built and/or operated more than 20 plants. Subject to successful financing, the company expects to commence construction of its first two plants during 2021.
