The workshop allows executives and politicians to reflect on the potential of ‘Decision Model Innovation’ for their organizations or political work to create competitive advantages. In a first part, the concept and logic of ‘Decision Model Innovation’ is explained. In a second part, the participants reflect about specific ‘Decision Model Innovation’ possibilities in their organizations based on a template provided - followed by an exchange of ideas among the participants. In a third part, the participants then again work on their mindset change requirements and implications for their technology strategies to implement the ideas they have developed. The workshop closes with a summary and a wrap-up of the lessons learned to take back to their organizations.
