During this session you will take part in an interactive workshop learning about how to increase equality and diversity in the workplace through understanding the irrational side of human nature. We will identify cognitive biases in the recruitment process and with help of different Nudging Tools generate solutions for an more unbiased workplace. The workshop will be lead by Ida Lemoine, CEO at Beteendelabbet and behavioral strategist Samuel Salzer.
