After years of multiple biological roles covering such diverse fields as biomass estimation and in-cage behaviour, smoltification, fish welfare, running and maintaining feeding systems, feeding and feeding behaviour and fouling, I have an extensive knowledge of the biological possibilities and challenges in modern salmonid farming. Lately I have developed my skillset further to include innovation facilitation and startup mentoring.
I have long experience in developing and presenting both ideas and practical methods through courses, presentation and articles in several languages.
