Lisa de Jager has been working at DNV for 15 years. She is responsible for building aquaculture supply chain and product assurance. She has extended experience in leading operations within the aquaculture value chain, fisheries and food safety. She is also a key contributor to the business development of digital solutions for the seafood industry and a sponsor of innovation and research processes and cross-industry development.

Martin Skaug Speaker

Martin Skaug, Director of Communications of the Norwegian Seafood Council, began his career in the seafood industry as a salmon farmer at the age of 16.

He holds a master’s degree in Leadership, innovation and market from UiT, the Arctic University of Norway.

Skaug is the chairman of the Bukta Tromsø Open Air Festival, amongst other board positions. Skaug has been with the Seafood Council since 2016.
