Hilton Food Group was founded by entrepreneurs. Our business was established in 1994 and was set up to operate a beef and lamb central meat packing facility in Huntingdon, UK. Before that the founding families operated primary processing slaughter and deboning facilities dating back to the 1960s. Today we operate seventeen facilities and are involved in a further two joint ventures.
