Cloudberry Clean Energy is a Nordic renewable energy company that owns, develops and operates hydropower plants and onshore wind farms in Norway and Sweden. The company was established in 2017 and merged with Norwegian development company Scanergy and infrastructure fund CB Nordic Renewable & Infrastructure Fund I in February 2020, creating a scalable platform with ten years of inhouse-development capability and a track record of more than ten projects delivered the past decade. The company was listed on the Oslo Merkur Market in April 2020 following a NOK 158m capital raise. The company is headquartered in Oslo, Norway and has an office in Karlstad, Sweden.

Cloudberry has two segments; Production and Develop. The Production segment comprises the company’s producing assets, including hydro plants and wind farms. Cloudberry has expanded its producing (and under-construction) portfolio through several transactions, increasing the portfolio to >500 GWh of capacity in production, construction and under development. The Develop segment has a sizeable development-portfolio and a backlog of 370 MW with projects in both Norway and Sweden, and a pipeline of 2.5 GW including offshore wind projects in Sweden. Cloudberry can both sell development projects to third-parties or keep them in-house through a transfer to Cloudberry Production.
