Eneti is an owner and operator of offshore wind vessels. Its fleet comprises five wind turbine installations vessels and two further are currently under construction. The company originates from Scorpio Bulkers after it announced the intention to sell its drybulk vessels and enter the offshore wind market in 2020. Eneti is headquartered in Monaco and is listed on the NYSE.

Its five operating vessels was obtained through the acquisition of privately held WTIV operator Seajacks from its Japan-based owners in 2021. The acquisition added its wind turbine installation jackups to the fleet in addition to an organization with an established market position. The vessels on order are NG 16000x WTIV ordered from DSME in 2021 for USD 325m/330m each.
