CO2 Capsol is a technology provider offering carbon capture technology. It was listed on Euronext Growth in December 2021. Its carbon capture technology is scalable and flexible, capturing carbon emission from sources like waste-to-energy (WtE), biomass, cement, steel, LNG, power production, and chemical industry plants. The technology utilizes a safe and environmentally friendly solvent and is based on well-proven technology.

The company has developed several patents over the last 15-years. It is patents are globally recognised and valid for 20 years. The first successful tests of the technology was at the Värtan power plant in Stockholm as early as in 2008.

The base case revenue model is to license out patents. CO2 Capsol delivers technology directly to project owners or participates by collaboration with industrial players. In July 2022, the company signed a license agreement with Stockholm Exergi which will capture up to 800 000 tons of CO2 per year. In addition, it has one demonstration campaign ongoing for 210 000 tons of CO2 per year which commenced in September 2022.
