Come join this session to learn about a Special Interest Group on Actioning Person Centred Care which is part of the International Foundation of Integrated Care. Our goal is to to 1) improve how organizations within and across health and social care systems learn from and act on service users’ experiences and 2) build partnerships for research and policy to advance change. We will share our work to date and brainstorm priority areas for the future. As an attendee, you will have an opportunity to share success stories, barriers to change, and areas for future action.
