Participants will receive an example of a methodology for translating data into actionable practice improvements and understand the essential role of nursing leadership in fostering a culture of innovation.

Using Luxembourg-led initiative as a focal point, the talk focuses on the challenges health systems face when moving from shared data to trustworthy insights in dementia care and the problems that new collaborations such as AID-CARE are now beginning to address.

The third and final session in a three-part series explores how generative AI (genAI) may support—or complicate—efforts to improve clinical documentation and communication. Building  on discussions of patients’ experiences using 1177 Journal and the accuracy of the information patients read in their 1177 Journal, this session shifts focus to genAI from both healthcare professionals’ and patients’ perspectives. We examine how AI is reshaping documentation practices, clinical workflows, and patient understanding, while raising critical questions about trust, usability, and real-world impact.
