Digital support for local health and care services through public-private innovation partnerships. In line with the Danish “Health Care Closer to Home” approach to strengthening care closer to home and based on Danish experience with public-private innovation, innovation director Jan Kanne and deputy director Trine Alstrup will discuss and share experience with creating more proactive, coherent and home-based care pathways for citizens and reducing capacity challenges in the health and care system.
