This session explores how patients’ and healthcare professionals’ views on 1177 Journal have evolved during the last 14 years. We compare findings from national patient surveys conducted in 2016 and 2022, examining how views have evolved over time. Furthermore, the talk examines what experiences contribute to patients' positive and negative experiences, and the benefits and risks perceived by healthcare professionals. The session concludes by highlighting potential risks, such as threats to the patient-provider relationship that may arise from encountering erroneous information in health records.
