Documaster is a leading information management software provider and has developed a cloud-based software for easy-to-use and efficient management, archiving, and retrieval of documentation for companies, organizations and public administration. The software’s strategic importance for customers means long, infrastructure-like revenues, and the company has consistently delivered best in class metrics on churn (~0%), LTV/CAC (>5) and net revenue retention rate (up to ~140%). The Company has over NOK 35m in contracted annual recurring revenue from over 250 customers, and has seen strong organic growth since inception in 2014. The majority of the customers are in the Norwegian public sector, such as municipalities and large public entities, and the company also has solid traction in the private sector after recently launching its private sector offering. With the solid traction in both public and private sector, Documaster expects to tap into these huge markets and continue its strong growth onwards. The company has ~90 employees and offices in Norway, Sweden, UK and Bulgaria.
