Very soon the very way we interact with information systems will be based on our location, both explicit at a particular place and time and implicit when happen to be close to a particular device. This will have a transformative effect on not only the design of computers but also the design of the built environment. This transformation may be as great in it's impact as the coming of railways in the 19th century.
