Siem Offshore is an offshore company that serves the oil and gas industry with a diverse fleet of vessels operating around the globe. The company was founded in 2005 following a spin-off from Subsea 7. Siem Offshore is headquartered in Kristiansund, Norway and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

The current fleet consists of 33 vessels, of which five are stacked. The wholly owned fleet comprises seven PSVs, four construction service vessels (CSV), two AHTS/PSVs, two well-intervention vessels (WIV), two oil-spill recovery vessels (OSRV), two fast crew vessels (FCV) and one research vessel. The company is mainly operating in Norway, Canada and Brazil, while there also are some vessels in West Africa, Australia and Southeast Asia. As of Q2’20, the company had a backlog of USD 567m.
