Cloudberry Clean Energy is a Nordic renewable energy company that owns, develops and operates hydropower plants and onshore wind farms in Norway and Sweden. The company was established in 2017 and merged with Norwegian development company Scanergy and infrastructure fund CB Nordic Renewable & Infrastructure Fund I in February 2020, creating a scalable platform with ten years of inhouse-development capability and a track record of more than ten projects delivered the past decade. The company was listed on the Oslo Merkur Market in April 2020 following a NOK 158m capital raise. The company is headquartered in Oslo, Norway and has another office in Karlstad, Sweden.

Cloudberry has two segments; Production and Develop. The Production segment comprises the company’s producing assets, including hydro plants and wind farms. Cloudberry has expanded its producing (and under-construction) portfolio through several transactions, increasing the portfolio to 138 GWh. The Develop segment has a sizeable development-portfolio with projects in both Norway and Sweden. Projects can both be transferred to Cloudberry Production and sold to third-parties.
