Ziton is an operations and maintenance service provider for the offshore wind industry. The company offers a fleet of four jackup vessels used for exchanging major components on wind turbines. In recent years, the business model has evolved from being a vessel owner and operator into including full-service and turnkey solutions. Ziton is privately held and headquartered in Horsens, Denmark.

The jackup fleet consists of three wholly owned units which can serve wind turbines up to 4-5 MW and one unit on bareboat charter until March 2021 with capabilities to serve wind turbines up to 10 MW. The company has an option to acquire the vessel. Ziton’s expanded service solutions include maritime project planning and execution, lift planning and execution, specialized tools and lifting equipment and technicians. In addition, the company has developed turnkey solutions for blade campaigns and decommissioning. In 2016, the jackup WIND SERVER commenced a charter agreement with Siemens Gamesa for the upgrade of blades on 108 turbines at West of Duddon Sands offshore UK. The project is expected to be completed in Q4’20. In addition, the company has framework agreements with MHI Vestas, Ørsted and Vattenfall expiring in December 2022, May 2022 and November 2020, respectively.
