MPC Energy Solutions is an integrated provider of sustainable energy. The company primarily focuses on low-carbon energy infrastructure, such as solar and wind, in addition to other hybrid and energy efficiency solutions throughout the whole value chain from development to operation. MPC Energy Solutions is currently in a process for a listing on the Merkur Market in Oslo. The company has its headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The company has three business segments. The first is related to the development, construction, ownership and operation of assets. The second is related to the technical and commercial operation of the assets. The final segment is related to the sale of the produced energy. MPC Energy Solutions is targeting small to medium sized projects. Within solar, the typical project is a larger PV plant with more than 20 MW connected to grids. Within wind power, the company typically targets onshore wind farms with 20-100 MW capacity. The hybrid solutions are smaller PV plants or wind farms with a capacity below 25 MW coupled with batteries, generators or both. MPC Energy Solutions is prioritizing bilateral power purchase agreements or energy saving contracts with corporates, utilities or traders instead of national government tenders, thus aiming to avoid high degree of competition.
