Noble Corporation is one of the largest offshore drilling contractors in the world, with a fleet consisting of both jackups, semi-submersibles and drillships. The company was spun off from Noble Affiliates in 1985 and has since developed through a series of acquisitions. The company is headquartered in London and listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Noble is currently implementing a financial restructuring through a voluntary Chapter 11 process. The restructuring support agreement provides for cancellation and exchange of all of the company’s bond debt for new equity in the reorganized company.
