OHT is a heavy transport and installation contractor founded in 2006. The company is privately held with headquarters in Oslo, Norway.

The current fleet consists of five heavy transportation vessels that can carry 40-50,000 mt. In addition, the company has ordered a semi-submersible foundation installation vessel which will be ready for deployment from early 2021, with options for three additional vessels. The newbuild has been awarded a contract for the transportation and installation the foundations of the first phase of Dogger Bank offshore the UK, expected to be executed between 2022 and 2023. Furthermore, OHT has ordered two wind turbine installation vessels, with the first unit scheduled for delivery in early 2023. The second unit has a flexible delivery schedule.
