Spår: Rehabilitering
Frisk Spesialist provides secondary care services to three out of four health trusts in Norway. The health services provided are treatment programs within mental health, multimodal rehabilitation programs for people with obesity and longstanding musculoskeletal pain as well as vocational rehabilitation. A majority of the rehabilitation programs require follow-up in periods when patients are at home. To become more accessible and reach out to their patients more frequently, Frisk has applied a design to the rehabilitation programs that entails a combination of digital follow up and ordinary on-site follow-up. What started as a pilot project was suddenly fully implemented overnight as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. But how do you manage and prepare for an organizational transformation? And how do you lead health care system transformation to the next level? In this session, representatives from Frisk Spesialist will share and discuss their results from their research survey on their patients on evaluation on digital rehabilitation. They will also present preliminary data on user perspectives from a survey and qualitative interviews conducted in collaboration with researchers at Oslo Metropolitan University.
