Melora provides program management for cross-functional projects at Momentus. Prior to her current role, Melora supported the Momentus product team as a business analyst and was previously a project manager at AMS Planning & Research, where she led and supported over 40 projects in strategic business and facilities planning. Melora has an MBA and an MFA from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, traveling, playing disc golf and hiking with her family. She believes ice cream is the best way to start any meal.

Steve has four decades of experience within the Hospitality and Events industry, 3 decades focused on the technology side of the business.
Steve is currently Chief Innovation Officer at Momentus Technologies, the world’s leading venue and event management provider. Steve has received multiple industry awards and is a Certified Venue Executive (CVE), achieving this accreditation through IAVM in 2022. He is also very involved in giving back to the industry and is currently an Instructor at both the IAVM and VMA annual venue management schools they conduct; a lecturer at the Association for Global Convention Centers (AIPC) Academy; and a lecturer at the Convention Centres of Canada (CCoC) Academy. He is also a current Board member for the VMA and a member of multiple committees with IAVM.
