This session highlights how the BOOST and Services Direct programs can help organizations move from fragmented system use to stronger alignment, better habits, and broader adoption across the team. Through consultant and customer perspectives, attendees will explore how intentional assessment uncovers pain points, how role-based training and power users help drive change, and how a scalable governance model can support admins, planners, operations, finance, and end users long after the initial improvements are made.

Tony is a Principal Consultant at Momentus who helps lead enterprise implementation strategy for some of our largest customers. He has over 20 years of experience in the event space. Starting as a technician for the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center at the University of Notre Dame, Tony was promoted to Operations program manager and application administrator as he became an expert and power user of the Momentus platform. In 2018 Tony joined Momentus which has allowed him to share his wealth of knowledge through the customer lens to improve the platform and customer experience. He serves as mentor and product expert to his peers and Tony is particularly interested in process improvement, business intelligence and operational reporting. Outside of work, Tony is a husband, cat guardian, gamer, and trombonist.
