Senior Vice President & Chief Sales Officer
Music City Center
Kelli started her career the way so many of us in this industry did - behind the front desk, with Hilton Hotels. It's there she learned what hospitality really means, and what it takes to deliver the gold standard of customer service - a foundation that has shaped her leadership approach throughout her career.
Over the past 25-plus years, she's built an incredible career across hospitality, destination marketing, and convention centers, taking on leadership roles in Tampa, San Jose, and Orlando before joining ASM Global, where she served as Director of Sales & Marketing at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh and later as General Manager of the Dayton Convention Center. Along the way, she led on-site operations seamlessly through a multi-million dollar construction project, built strategic partnerships that drove real results for the destinations she served, and earned a reputation for building resilient, high-performing teams wherever she went.
Today, she's Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Music City Center leading her team towards a booking goal of $70M in revenue. She's a CMP Fellow, active with IAVM's Governance and Research Committees, and genuinely passionate about mentoring the next generation of hospitality leaders, especially young women coming up in this business.
